Banana Cupcakes




Kebetulan ada sisa pisang 4 buah udah matang banget...Nyobain achhh dibikin cupcake

Banana cake or cupcakes:

125g (4oz) butter ( aku 60 gr butter adanya segitu + 65 margarine )
175g (6oz) sugar
2 eggs
2 large mashed ripe bananas ( aku pake 3 buah ukuran sedang, yg 1 nya dimakan aja )
1 tsp Baking soda ( aku pake 1/2 sdt )
2 Tbsp boiling milk ( aku pake susu bubuk fullcream dilarutkan air panas )
1 tsp baking power ( aku pake 1/2 sdt )
225g (8oz) flour

Cream butter & sugar till light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in mashed bananas.

Add baking soda that has been dissolved in hot milk.

Lastly mix in sifted flour & baking powder. Dont overbeat the batter.

For a cake bake it in a 20cm ring pan on 170 C (325 F) for about 45 mins.

This mixture will produce around 18 standard size cupcakes and they are baked at 170 C (325 F) for approx 18-25 mins. You want them to be light golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.


Ternyata hasilnya...beneran enak, ngga terlau manis, terus aku jadiin 12 buah makanya munjung semua dah tanggung nge set oven 1 level.
Cuma ada yg diganti nih, karena ngga ada Fresh milk, jadi aku larutkan susu bubuk fullcream dengan air panas ukuran tetap aja sesuai resep 2 sdm
.


Catatan :
aku kebalik masukin susu lebih dulu daripada pisang tapi ngga ngaruh, tetep ngembang
terigu aku campurkan dengan Bp terus masukkin keadonan, secara bertahap 3x diaduk pake mikser kecepatan rendah tapi ga lama 5 x putaran tangan.
Aku set Oven di 180 derajat, makanya cake nya retak2 udah ngisinya ampir penuh lagi, ditengah jalan set kuturunin jadi 160.
( nah..lumayan dech sekarang keingat tahap demi tahapnya siapa tahu berguna kalau aku bikin lagi hehehhe )
